Reiki is a holistic healing approach that helps you feel better and heal better by channeling universal life energy into the chakras (energy centers) within your body. The body wants to heal itself and addressing the energetic body encourages balance and overall wellness.

During a Reiki session, you will lay fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner places his or her hands on (with permission) or just above the body in specific hand positions allowing energy to transfer into your energetic body. This Universal Life Energy is guided by the body's own wisdom and goes where it needs to go addressing physical, emotional, and or spiritual imbalances. All you need to do is relax and receive.  Essential oils and crystals may be used during a session. Reiki treatments vary from person to person. The most common sensations are warmth, deep relaxation & peacefulness. You may feel other energetic sensations or nothing at all. Whatever you feel or do not feel, Reiki energy has been given and your body has received what it needs.
